If you are an established client of Lafayette Title, after you submit the order online there is nothing more you have to do. You will get two confirmations your order was received. First, you will get an immediate confirmation email that the order has been successfully transmitted. Then you will get either another confirmation email, fax or phone call (based on your preferences) after your order has been initially processed by our staff.
If we haven't discussed the transaction and this is your first time using Lafayette Title, we must accept and confirm your order via telephone before it will begin processing.
